We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 7:00 PM in Dubai and Sharjah. For other Emirates, we typically deliver within 24 hours.

Can I customize a floral arrangement or gift hamper?

Absolutely. You can contact our floral designers via WhatsApp or phone to create a bespoke arrangement tailored to your specific color preferences and choice of blooms.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer replacements or refunds only if the flowers are damaged upon arrival. Please notify us within 4 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement.

Do you offer subscription services for home or office decor?

Yes, we provide weekly and bi-weekly floral subscription plans. You can choose your preferred style, and we will refresh your space with new seasonal arrangements automatically.
